ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL OF CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION
I am excited to be starting my 5th year as an Assistant Principal here at Watsonville High School. I grew up in Austin, Texas (Hook ‘Em Horns!) and graduated from High School in Fremont, California. I attended UC Santa Cruz and received a BA with majors in History and Politics as well as an MA in Education. Currently, I am a doctoral student at SJSU and hope to be finishing this year. Prior to joining the WHS Administrative team, I taught Middle and High School history—6 years at a San Jose charter school and 2 years at Monte Vista Christian. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my wife and 3 daughters, watching college football, rooting for the Sharks, and traveling.
I am very happy to be here at WHS and I am looking forward to continuing my work with our exceptional teaching staff. Go Wildcatz!
