ROP Students serve up a feast
Pajaro Valley Chamber of Commerce - "Man and Woman of the Year Dinner"
Nineteen students from the ROP Retail Merchandising class at Watsonville High School participated as servers at the 2010 Pajaro Valley Chamber of Commerce "Man and Woman of the Year" dinner. The students were able to display their skills on teamwork, coordination and customer service skills while serving 300+ guests in attendance.
For their efforts the students received for the P.V. Chamber of Commerce $500.00 toward their spring fieldtrip to Nordstrom, along with a generous amount of tips that were divided equally amongst themselves. The students also received great praise from the members of the chamber and from their guests in attendance that evening.
